- Return Shipment:
a. Items must be returned with their original packaging in undamaged condition.
b. At the time of raising the return request Upload clear images of:
- The invoice.

c. For defective or incorrect items, include a clear image showing the defect or error.
- Approval: Upon approval of your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected, and we will initiate the refund or replacement process.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Refund Policy

- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer after collecting your bank account details.

Exchanges

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
