- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Attempts and Valid Information
- Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the item will be returned to our warehouse.
- To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid mobile number and accurate shipping address at the time of placing your order.
- In some cases, our delivery partners may require a valid ID proof for completing the delivery.
Domestic Shipping Policy (Within India)
1. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders above threshold amount. Orders below threshold amount will incur a shipping fee.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost based on the delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7-14 business days.
- Remote Locations: 15-20 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pin codes within India.
- A nominal fee of will be charged for COD orders.
- Customers are required to make the payment in full to the delivery agent before receiving the package.
International Shipping Policy
- International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.
- The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders from regions outside our serviceable areas will not be processed.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Customs and Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by the destination country’s regulations.
- Customers are responsible for any additional charges, and these fees are not included in the shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

Delivery Delays

Damaged or Missing Items

- A clear photo of the damaged item.
- A photo of the package, including the shipping label.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, customers will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Refunds for undeliverable packages will exclude the original shipping cost.
